The Central & West Bank Ward was created in May 2021, following the Government’s Local Boundary Commission deciding to reorganise the geography of many of the wards in Halton.
The Central & West Bank Ward is made up of the Kingsway Estate, The Aves, the Moor Lane area, the Carlton Street area, the Cambridge Street area, the Lacey Street area and West Bank.
